Our Processes
Consultation
Interviewing, pricing assessment, and reporting are followed by preliminary meetings, where loan proposals are presented and finalised through formal loan agreement handovers.
Documents Verification
After consultation, clients are directed to a secure online portal to upload documents. Once submitted, we receive all necessary files for processing. If any documents are missing, we promptly follow up to ensure completion.
Application Processing
Entering data in CRM, fixing errors, uploading documents, creating compliance docs and forms, sending for e-signature, and submitting applications.
Lender Submission
We upload supporting documents to ApplyOnline portal and submit the file to the lender.
We follow up with the lender and other parties and provide regular update to the broker and borrowers.
Application Approval
When the lender carefully checks and approves the application, loan file moves closer to settlement.
Loan Settlement
The loan is settled and deposited into the applicant's account. Even after the settlement, our team provides support and guidance to ensure your ongoing financial success.
